Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship
Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University

I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship area at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University, and I hold a PhD in Management (Strategy) from INSEAD Business School.

My research lies at the intersection of firm strategy and sustainability. In my research, I examine how firms integrate societal (environmental and social) priorities into their core businesses and across their entire value chains, and the implications of these actions for societal impact. I explore this empirically and theoretically in the context of firms’ decarbonization strategies, climate action (adaptation and mitigation strategies), and societal grand challenges, with a primary focus on emerging and developing markets. Methodologically, I employ a combination of approaches, including field experiments conducted in real-world contexts and large-scale data analysis complemented by field interviews, to gain in-depth insights and facilitate theory development. This research work has also been recognized by ARCS (Alliance for Research on Corporate Sustainability) with the PhD Dissertation Award in 2026.
